Termination
11.1. Fabric Creations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including, without limitation, if you have breached these Terms.
11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Changes to Terms
Fabric Creations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
